FamiliesFirst understands and embraces a system of collaborative care.  In addition to the children and families we serve, foster families, clinical professionals, caregivers, educators, communities and government agencies partner with us to achieve success.

We provide the following services to help you succeed as a foster parent:

  • Appreciation and recognition
  • 24 hours of Pre-certification training
  • 24-30 hours of In-service training each year
  • Regular meeting with a FamiliesFirst social worker
  • Agency and family events
  • Free Adoption home studies
  • 24 Hour crisis intervention/management
  • Respite services
  • Support groups
  • Treatment planning
  • Non-routine transportation
