OVERVIEW

Community Based Services offer a variety of flexible treatment models that are strength-based and family centered. Community-Based Services include both Family Support and Family Preservation Services. Family Support services are offered to families who are NOT at-risk of having their child(ren) removed, but who are in need of a variety of assistance such as parent education and support, counseling, advocacy and respite care. Family Preservation Services are much more intensive and provided when a family is at serious risk of having their child(ren) placed out-of-home.
